Question

If you were renting an apartment and lets say you had lived there oh say about 2 and half years. During this time when you needed someone to come in and repair something it never took longer than 3 days for someone to come and fix it. You'd be pretty happy about this place wouldn't you? Well, after all this time you have a problem with lets say the bath tub is clogged up and you've been calling your management office for 3 and half weeks to get this resolved now. What would you do in this situation? Everything else about this complex has been a great.
